SummaryThis particular add-on set to the Egyptian theme is quite good in its presentation of what a typical Egyptian house looked like. Your average sun dried mud brick square shaped 1-2 room internal layout house. The external well with a shaduf water retrieval system is very cute. But the tomb robbers are anachronistic because there were no black clothed ancient Egyptians. The black clothed modern Arab type figures are more apropos in the last 200 years. The ancient Egyptian commoners would have worn loincloths(men) and white tunics(women). But overall the 4246 set is a very good one to add to your Egyptian collection. | 7.4 |
