This set appears in some Argentinian Antex catalogues and leaflets. Although there are no box images, there are images of the instructions sheet. It is a version of the 1978 German 3550 Piratenschiff (V.2).

Spanish Playmobil version of the 1978 German 3550 v1 Piratenschiff set - https://www.klickypedia.com/sets/3550v1-pirate-ship/. Easy to spot because it has a black pirate flag (instead of red). It has 2 variations on the way the word "Contenido" is displayed in the box.

Last version of this set with the poseable wrists

- Although release in 1978 the pirate ship Was not available in the UK until 1981 when the UK license passed from Marx Toys to Playmobil UK Ltd
Marx didn't release it in the UK under their brand name Playpeople
- Version 2 with the fixed wrists was on sale in the UK for short time. The poseable wrists were introduced in 1982 and phased in as old stock was used up

- 2 sets of flags - I know the Spanish Famobil version has two sets listed on the box and this version only has 1 set of flags for the stickers but it may still have had the 2 sets in the box I haven't mangled to confirm this yet
- Knife sprue - again although I have know other earlier versions in Europe came with a sprue of 5 light grey knives I have not yet been able to confirm the UK Version 3 set included them, I suspect it did not
- The box also lists only 7 black pulleys but they came on a sprue, which had 12 pulleys
