Exclusive set made by Epoch (also known for its Sylvanian Family toyline). This set was released in 1989 and probably already discontinued in the same year. I have a 1989/90 Epoch Playmobil catalog in which this 3980 appears, but in the 1990 Epoch Playmobil catalog it's not featured anymore.
