Pirates have been around in Playmobil sets for decades, despite we are missing a theme dedicated to the Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise. This small set of characters fills the gap between the traditional pirates adventure themes and the more recent stories about cursed crews of undead.
My son is a Ghosbusters fan and I bought these pirates to let him have some more ghosts to deal with, but he also got a pirate ship for his birthday, so that we now have a full cross contamination of genres!
